The Leadership Fox Cities program participants learn to work in small groups on projects of their own design, which are intended to fill a need in the community. Projects conducted by LFC class members over the history of the program continue to impact the community.

A yearbook which benchmarks the topics and experiences of the class during the year as well as the participants' interest in and experience with community issues is now available. It serves as a resource for local non-profits seeking interested and qualified prospects to serve on boards and committees.
